March Favourites!

What an odd month it's been. It feels totally surreal, doesn't it? Luckily, there have still been plenty of things to pick out as favourites from the past month. And here they are...

Before the lockdown, Chris and I got to spend a day in Stratford-upon-Avon. Our primary reason for visiting? To visit Shakespaw Cat Café! I was so excited for our 90 minutes in the café surrounded by adorable cats, and the visit did not disappoint. We enjoyed a delightful cup of tea and scones with jam and cream. All in the company of many, many cats. What could be better?!

Days before the lockdown, I visited my nail artist and got a fresh set of nails. Thank goodness, because who knows how long it'll be before I can get them done again! First world problems, I know. How cute are this set? My Little Pony inspired, of course.

I just adore this photo of my constant lockdown companion. It's hard to make out, I know, but he's resting his head on his little paw and looking at it just melts my heart all over again. He really is the best friend a girl could ever ask for.

I love a bath that's as black as my soul *insert evil laugh here*. Just kidding. Fun story; this bath went totally wrong, as the bath bomb refused to dissolve and I ended up with this bobbing ball of jelly left over. Cleaning the bath after was a real faff too.

This was a totally unexpected, random, surprise present from my husband. Just because he loves me, I guess. I really am a very lucky girl. He customised the mug himself. The hair is just like mine, and the black cat is just like our Harley. And he chose the message on the back of the mug, too. I'm never going to use this to drink from, it's too precious. It's safely on the top shelf of my bookcase, proudly displayed for all who visit (when people can visit) to see!

Tell me one of your favourite things from March!
