September-October Book Haul (Part 1)

Another two-part book haul post, guys. To be fair, this is largely because the majority of the books I've bought recently have been photographed individually rather than in a group. Thus creating more photos. So as not to overwhelm you, I've split this haul into two parts with 15 (or thereabouts) photos in each. And now, without further ado, here's a look at what books I've been buying lately.

Lots of car boot finds this time, and a few children's books that my friend was getting rid of and thought I'd like. October was a super exciting month for me, as the new illustrated Harry Potter was released. Of course I had it on pre-order. I was also super excited to pick up Hannah Shaw's children's book, Kitten Lady's Big Book of Little Kittens. Packed full of cute kittens and interesting facts, it promises to be a wonderful read for young and old. I'm a huge Stephen King fan, and a member of some Stephen King fan groups on Facebook, but I've never read any of his son's work before. In light of In The Tall Grass airing on Netflix recently, I really wanted to read the short story Joe Hill wrote with his father. As it was included in his new short story collection, I decided to buy the book and try his other work too. I'll let you know what I think!

Have you read anything by Joe Hill or Stephen King?
