Haul Post!

I'm back with a brand new haul post! Like I said in my last haul post, I've got enough photos for at least three or four of these posts. And I just keep adding to the collection. I can't help it, I just love shopping! Here's what I've been buying lately...

How adorable is this unicorn garden gnome? I picked it on sale in Asda, and although my husband hates it, I love it! He stands guard by our front door, and puts a smile on my face every time I see him.

Also on sale in Asda...this giant unicorn stuffed toy was just £5, reduced from £10. How could I pass up that bargain? If/when we have a baby girl, this will live in her room. For now? It lives on our bed, of course.

Guys, Asda are absolutely killing it at the moment with their unicorn themed homeware. I'm so tempted to buy the unicorn crockery set Asda are currently selling, but I know my husband would kill me, so I've held off. For now. I couldn't resist another cheeky unicorn mug purchase recently though. Also, how dreamy is this cloud teabag holder? I could not resist!

There are so many mental health magazines out at the moment, and I decided to dip my toe in with these two; Planet Mindful and In The Moment. I buy Your Cat every month, it's my favourite cat magazine!

'His 'n Hers' baseball caps. 'Cos we're a cool married couple, dontcha know? I picked these up in Sports Direct, on offer, back in the heatwave. Stylish and practical!

Imperial Leather are absolutely killing it with their new range of shower gels. Love Hearts smells amazing. I can't wait to use these!

Oh yes, another Asda haul. I like things that match, and this unicorn throw matches my unicorn cushion (also bought from Asda, obvs). I have the full-size pastel highlighters, but these mini pastel highlighters are fab for keeping in my handbag as they take up much less space. 100% would not recommend the Twinings Cold Infuse Blood Orange flavour. Yuck!

I've been toying with the idea of getting my cat, Harley, a Frolicat Bolt for ages. When I heard from Jemma that her cats love it, I went and picked up one for Harley. He's not sold on it yet, but we'll persevere.

Tesco have an amazing selection of stationery for all us bloggers. I picked up two notebooks, a lined writing pad, a zip file and a sticky note pad.

I'm such a shopaholic. I can't even go to a steam rally, for goodness sake, without buying something. Well, technically, I didn't buy anything. My mother-in-law bought these little bits for me; some new tea towels, a squishy (and I totally get the hype now, these are so good for anxiety sufferers) and a new handbag. Look at the kitty handbag, though. I know I say it fairly often but...I just couldn't resist!

I've been itching to try The Body Shop's new banana range, so on a recent shopping expedition I popped in-store and picked up a bottle of their banana shower cream. And, oh boy, does it smell amazing.

Of course, no haul post is complete without a Primark haul! I lent a friend my umbrella, and haven't had it back since, so I picked myself up another one in Primark recently. When Steph pointed out the glitter mouthwash and marshmallow toothpaste, I knew I had to try them. I'll report back on those in a later post. Primark have also started selling bath bombs, so I picked up their Unicorn Poo bath bomb to try. It turned the bathwater a gorgeous shade, and was a fraction of the price of a Lush bath bomb.

Whilst in Primark I, of course, treated myself to some new pj's. As well as these shorty pj's, I also picked up another Friends set, leggings this time, because I bloody love Friends. And because I just can't help myself. And a new pair of jeggings, because I somehow managed to spill bleach over a pair of mine and can now only wear them around the house. Ugh.

There's the cutest little gift shop in Cheltenham, in Regent's Arcade, called Sugar Loaf. They have a whole display dedicated to unicorns, and a whole display dedicated to Harry Potter. And so many other cute trinkets. On a recent foray, I picked up a(nother) squishy, some coasters and this satchel...

I mean, c'mon. How could I not? Hufflepuff, baby. Gonna be reppin' that Hufflepuff pride wherever I go now with this damn fine satchel. It did cost me an arm, and most of, a leg. But it was so worth it.

What have you bought for yourself recently?

  1. I was wondering what steam rally you went to and then I read you went to a shop in Cheltenham - putting to and to together here I'm guessing the one at South Cerney? I love going there. :-) I can never come away without buying something either.

I love the sound of those Imperial Leather scents you picked up - Love Hearts and Refreshers are some of my favourite sweets.

I haven't looked at Primark's beauty range before but I'm going to see if I can find the mouthwash and bath bombs you've mentioned. My nearest store is Cheltenham.

    1. I haven't actually been to the steam rally at South Cerney - is it any good? Perhaps I'll go next year. I usually go to Welland Steam Rally every year with my husband and in-laws. Have you been?

The Love Hearts scent is AMAZING.

I got all my Primark bits in Cheltenham - that's my nearest store too. I can't believe how near you are to me :O Lol
