June Favourites!

How on earth is June over already? I swear it was just yesterday I was writing my May Favourites. And now I'm writing my June Favourites?! 2018 needs to slow the fuck down, I'm telling you now. This year is moving way too fast. I could probably write a whole blog post on how fast this year is going, but I won't. Instead, I'll share with you some of my favourites from June.

As soon as I learnt about the planned release of Unicorn Smarties, I was in Asda every single day looking for them. I finally got my hands on a packet, and they're everything I could have wished for. Pretty packaging, pastel coloured Smarties? Perfection in a packet!

The Craftsman, by Sharon Bolton, is the book that bought me out of my reading slump. It was just SO DAMN GOOD. A five star read, I cannot stop recommending this book to everyone with an interest in crime fiction. Keep an eye out for my full review coming to the blog soon.

This month I told myself the biggest lie; that I'd buy two bags from Asos that I couldn't decide between, and send one back. Of course, when they arrived, I couldn't choose between them. So I ended up keeping them both. What's a girl to do?!

I started a few new series on Netflix this month, including Evil Genius. But The Staircase was a stand-out series for me. Truly fantastic, totally gripping, and a great conversation starter. Seriously, everyone has an opinion on whether Peterson did it or not!

Not quite as intricate a design as last month's nail art, but my inner emo loved this! Now I'm looking for the next nail art challenge for my nail artist to take on.
