March-April Book Haul!

Things got totally out of hand again this month. It seems that setting myself the goal of buying no more than four books in March had the opposite effect to what was intended. I've got a pretty massive book haul for you today, so settle in and enjoy!

Treated myself to a few of the books on my Amazon Wish List. Even better? The Power, by Naomi Alderman, which I've been wanting to read for ages was on Amazon for just £3.99. Bargain!

This was another Amazon book haul. Amazon is far too accessible, I've spent way too much money on there lately!! I first came across Based On A True Story, by Delphine De Vigan, when Steph shared it on her Instagram. It sounded right up my street, so I added it to my basket. A False Report is the true story of a rape case that was largely dismissed until a similar rape case was reported by another girl. I'm sure it won't be an easy read, but I'm keen to explore it further.

Forgot to include this one in a group photo, didn't I? There aren't many Quick Reads titles I haven't already read/have no interest in. This one popped up in my Suggestions on Amazon, and for £1 with free next day delivery, how could I resist?

Maybe I should have broken this one up into two photos? Anyway, I promised you a big book haul, didn't I? These are the majority of the books I picked up over the last month/month and a half. Most are from supermarkets, one from an actual bookshop, a few from charity shops and one or two from Amazon. Like I said, things got totally out of hand. Again.

Will I ever stop buying books? Will I buy enough for a May-June Book Haul? Find out, in the next Book Haul blog post!

What books have you read and loved lately?
