Lush baths, and lots of them! Before the weather starts to warm up and showers become the preferred method of getting clean, I've been indulging in lots of baths. I have a huge stash of Lush bath bombs, so I've enjoyed finally using them up! This was Thundersnow, and it turned my bath a gorgeous shade of blue. Oh, and SO. MUCH. GLITTER!
I've read a few duds this month, like Little Fires Everywhere and The Innocent Wife, but I forgot all about them when I read White Bodies, by Jane Robins. What a fantastic novel, with an original concept, and a massive twist at the end. I was SHOOK.
I've never really got the hype around Yankee Candles. They're so expensive. And you burn them? I feel like I'm just burning money. But I gave in, and picked up one of their Christmas offerings in the sale. I get it now, guys. This smells AMAZING.
This month saw the return of two of my favourite TV shows. SAS: Who Dares Wins, and Hunted. Both on Channel Four. Top telly for the January slump!
I'm not one for drinking water. And I've never found a squash I like. So imagine my surprise at including a Robinsons Squash in my January Favourites. But guys, this fruit cordial (rather than squash, so they can charge more for it) is amazing. I do have expensive taste, though. A bottle of this will set you back £2 in Asda!
How was your month?
