Life Lately: November Edition!

I don't want to alarm anyone, but there's only four weeks till Christmas, and five weeks till the start of 2019. I mean, how?! I'm not ready. So let's dwell a little longer in November. Here's what I've been up to this past month.

Doing...all the Christmas shopping. I finished my Christmas shopping with six weeks to spare before the big day. Which I am v pleased about, as I usually leave my Christmas shopping till about a week before. It's been a busy month, with lots of meals out with friends and family.  We also had a vet visit, and I've been having lots of medical tests as the doctors try to work out why I'm having my period every other week and why I'm so damned tired all the time. I was supposed to finish therapy this month, but they decided not to discharge me just yet. So I've got a few sessions left yet.
Buying...all the Harry Potter merch. I picked up the new Harry Potter Hogwarts Pop-Up Book that was released earlier this month. I also bought so much of Boot's new Harry Potter beauty range. From the Hufflepuff make-up bag to the Hedwig Hand Cream. I got it all!
Reading...as much as possible, to hit my Goodreads Reading Challenge for 2019. And I did it! I've read 130 books this year (so far, there might be a few more to come between now and January 1st 2019).
Watching...I'm A Celebrity, of course. I always look forward to this time of year, when you can cosy up on the sofa under a blanket with something good on the telly. From I'm A Celeb to The Apprentice, there's lots to enjoy!
Spending...way too much money. From Boot's Harry Potter range, to Zoella's new collection with Superdrug. I also, somehow, spent £60 on magazines in WHSmith. Not sure how that happened...Planning to really work on curbing my spending in the New Year, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy spending now!
Looking forward to...celebrating my Grandad's 80th birthday in December. And Christmas, of course.

Halloween nails, baby!

We ate SO MUCH good food this month!

Carveries are the best when the weather outside is frightful.

Yummy Churros and Vanilla Milkshake from a new pub that's opened locally.

What did you get to in November? What are you looking forward to in December?
