Sleeping Well* || With Benenox

Some time ago, quite some time ago now actually, I wrote a post introducing Benenox, talking about what it does and explaining why sleep is such an important part of our lives. You can read that post here, if you like. Well, since writing that post, I've been taking Benenox every night (mostly - I am human and have, on occasion, forgotten!) in order to see whether its claims are true. I'm here today to answer the question; does Benenox really help improve your sleep?

Benenox Overnight Recharge* is a combination of honey, Sustamine, and Vitamin B6 which, when taken before bed, supplements your body's stored energy levels to support good quality sleep, leaving you feeling fully recharged and ready to take on the day ahead.

The blend of ingredients in Benenox Overnight Recharge helps to; reduce tiredness and fatigue, support your mental function, and maintain normal energy production. This is because the natural sugars in honey help boost glycogen stores in the liver to use overnight. The Sustamine helps the liver to store glycogen by slowing absorption of honey in the stomach. And Vitamin B6 has been shown to reduce tiredness and fatigue, while supporting psychological function, helping you feel more energised so you can perform at your best.

But the real question is, does it work? There are so many products on the market right now that purport to help promote a better night's sleep that it can be hard to know which are worth trying, and which to avoid. So I'm here to help you out because, over the last few weeks, I've been taking Benenox Overnight Recharge before bed most nights. And I'm here to tell you whether it's as promising as it sounds, or a total waste of time.

You only have to take one look at the reviews for Benenox Overnight Recharge over on Amazon to realise; this is a product that really works. Barring the odd few one/two stars (after all, what works for one doesn't always work for another), this is a product with rave reviews. And I can see why.

This is surely the easiest way to help improve your sleep. A quick spoonful of Benenox Overnight Recharge before you hit the hay, and you'll wake up the next morning feeling more refreshed than ever.

And I speak from experience. I've been taking Benenox for a good few weeks now, and I do feel better for it. I've noticed I'm sleeping better; for longer, and with less interruptions. I wake up of a morning feeling less fatigued and more well-rested/refreshed. I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a miracle product. But it's pretty damn close.

My only complaint with Benenox Overnight Recharge is its price. It's a little on the steep side, considering one bottle lasts about a week, or just over. At £12.49 in Tesco and on Amazon, this is definitely on the expensive end of the spectrum for a sleep aid. Nevertheless, it's a valuable resource for those suffering with poor quality sleep, and one I'd definitely recommend trying if you're in a similar boat.

Do you have trouble sleeping?
